Everything starts with a conversation. Whether you reach out via phone, text, or email, we’ll gather a few preliminary details about your vision—whether it’s a new concrete driveway, a custom deck, or a full landscape overhaul.

We meet with you in person to evaluate your property and take precise measurements. This is a collaborative session: we listen to your goals and offer our professional insights to ensure the design fits both your aesthetic and your budget.

Once we finalize the design and pricing, a formal work contract is presented. To secure your spot in our schedule and begin the procurement of high-quality materials, we require a 50% deposit upon signing. The final 50% balance is only due when the work is 100% complete and meets our standards of excellence.
