1. Scope of Services

Mangar Construction Service Limited provides specialized construction and landscaping services, including but not limited to concrete finishing (stamped, broom, aggregate), structural concrete (garage pads, basements), fencing, deck construction, and landscape installations (sod, pavers, synthetic grass). All services are subject to a formal written agreement and on-site consultation.

2. Quotations and Estimates

• All estimates provided via phone, text, or email are preliminary.

• Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person consultation and site measurement.

• Estimates are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue due to fluctuating material costs (concrete, lumber, fuel).

 

 

3. Payment Terms & Work Contract

To ensure professional commitment and the procurement of high-quality materials, our payment structure is as follows:

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon the signing of the work contract. Work will not commence until this deposit is received.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon the 100% completion of the project.

• Methods: We accept [List methods, e.g., E-transfer, Bank Draft, Credit Card]. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the individual work contract.

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

For Mangar to perform the "magic" of installation, the client agrees to:

• Ensure clear access to the work site for heavy machinery and crew.

• Clearly mark any private underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler lines, private lighting) not covered by public utility markers.

• Obtain necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals if required.

 

 

5. Weather and Delays

Construction and landscaping are heavily dependent on weather conditions. Mangar Construction Service Limited reserves the right to reschedule or delay start dates in the event of rain, extreme temperatures, or frost to ensure the quality and durability of the finished product. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or labor strikes.

 

 

6. Limited Warranty & Concrete Disclaimer

• Quality: We take pride in delivering long-lasting work. We warrant that our craftsmanship meets industry standards at the time of installation.

• Concrete: Please note that while we use reinforced materials and professional techniques, concrete is prone to natural "hairline" cracking due to temperature fluctuations and ground settling. Such cracking is considered normal and is not a reflection of faulty workmanship.

• Softscapes: For sod and living plants, Mangar is responsible for the health of the product until installation is complete. Following installation, maintenance (watering/mowing) is the sole responsibility of the client.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images of our completed projects, logos, and written copy, is the property of Mangar Construction Service Limited. Additionally, Mangar reserves the right to take and use photographs of completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Mangar Construction Service Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the total contract price paid for said services.

 

 

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, website content, and pricing at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect active, signed contracts.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which Mangar Construction Service Limited is registered.
